S-a nascut la Torino (Italia) in 1937. Caricaturist, director astistic, publicist, scriitor. A infiintat si condus timp de 2 ani revista de satira si umor "HELP". A publicat, printre altele, PROFESSIONE UMORISTA, POCHE IDEE MA CONFUSE, BLA BLA BLA, TILT etc. A scris comedii pentru teatre si cabarete. Este director artistic al manifestarilor HUMOURFESTIVAL si HUMOURISTI D.O.C. A obtinut numeroase premii. Este presedintele FECO Italia.
